The tool, and the person behind it.
A market read you can run in about a minute, before the next hundred-dollar bet. Not a once-a-year consulting report, and not a dashboard you would end up ignoring.

Hi, I'm Sunny K. Singh.
For most of my career, I've helped businesses answer the same handful of questions: Will this product sell? Should we enter this market? Is this the right audience? Should we spend more on ads? What do customers actually want?
I've helped brands launch products, build websites, run campaigns, and make marketing investments. Some decisions worked brilliantly. Others didn't. And what surprised me was that the biggest wins and losses rarely came down to execution. They came down to decisions. The right one at the right time created years of growth. The wrong one wasted months, budgets, and inventory.
Why I Built MarkLens
Yet founders are still forced to make these calls with incomplete information, not because the information doesn't exist, but because there's too much of it. Search trends, social conversations, competitor research, dashboards, AI tools, reviews, endless opinions. The problem was never finding information. The problem is turning it into a decision.
Most tools give you more data. Most consultants give you more slides. Most AI gives you more answers. Very few tell you what to do next.
That frustration became an obsession, and one question: What if a founder could ask a business question in plain English and get a clear, evidence-backed verdict, instead of spending days pulling information from ten different places?
That question became MarkLens.
MarkLens isn't another dashboard. It's clarity: a way to validate ideas before spending money, understand markets before entering them, diagnose why a product isn't selling the way you expected, and make important decisions with more confidence. Because great businesses aren't built on perfect information. They're built on better decisions.
And if we get this right, then one day, before any important call, founders everywhere will ask themselves: “Have I checked MarkLens yet?”

MarkLens is a market diagnosis tool for founders. You describe a product or a problem (one line, no decks, no briefs), and it comes back with a three-lens diagnosis: is demand actually there, who's already in the field, and what's publicly visible about your position. The whole read takes under a minute.
The method is honest by design. MarkLens reads live consumer conversation and market signal, runs the three-lens read, and surfaces the constraint: the real reason things aren't where you expected. Not "interesting." Actionable. And when evidence is thin, or the business lens can't see inside your operation from outside, it says so rather than filling the gap with comfortable noise.
The honest framing
Every read is a signal-based estimate, not a measured fact. We say this explicitly in the product and we mean it. The confidence reflects how well the evidence supports the diagnosis. It is not a guarantee of outcome, and when evidence is thin the confidence says so, not the verdict.
We think being honest about what the tool is and isn't is itself a feature. Founders don't need more confident noise. They need calibrated signal.
