Acceptance

By creating an account or using marklens.ai ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a contract between you and Purusartha Works Private Limited, Chandigarh, India.

The Service

MarkLens provides AI-assisted market analysis based on consumer signal. All reads are signal-based estimates, not measured facts or guarantees. They are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranty that any read accurately predicts commercial outcomes.

Accounts

You must provide an accurate email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again, and you will retain access until the period ends.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the Service beyond normal use.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by Purusartha Works Pvt Ltd. The read results generated for your queries are yours to use for your own business decisions.

Your content, and the licence you grant us

You keep ownership of what you put into MarkLens: your queries, any business numbers you choose to enter, and the reads generated for you. Providing them does not transfer ownership to us.

You grant Purusartha Works Private Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use, store, reproduce and create derivative works from that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This expressly includes producing anonymised and aggregated benchmarks and analysis that benefit other users of the Service.

This licence survives deletion of your account only to the extent your content has already been anonymised and aggregated. We are stating that plainly rather than leaving it implied: once a figure has been pooled into an aggregate it cannot be pulled back out, so we will not pretend otherwise. Your identifiable data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We will not sell your content, and we will not disclose it in any form that identifies you or your business.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any result will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purusartha Works Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
